HTC升起反击的狼烟，向ITC请求Apple不得于美国销售iPhone、iPad以及iPod产品

看来上次的征才，应该是有征到不错的人材吧。HTC在5月12日（美国时间）时，向ITC（International Trade Commission ，美国国际贸易委员会）提出对苹果专利侵权诉讼。内容主要是提到苹果产品侵害了HTC底下五项专利权，希望ITC禁止苹果在美国销售iPhone、iPad以及iPod产品。
