　　【环球网报道 记者 王欢】中国“渔政202”、“渔政204”以及“渔政35001”3艘渔政船7月11日抵达钓鱼岛海域进行正常巡航护渔，却遭到日方“警告”。日本外务省甚至召见中国驻日大使，就渔政船巡航提出无理抗议，对此中国大使予以了坚决反驳。

　　日本《产经新闻》7月11日报道称，日本外务省事务次官佐佐江贤一郎11日就中国渔政船驶入钓鱼岛海域一事召见了中国驻日大使程永华，并向其提出“抗议”。佐佐江宣称，“侵入领海非常严重。我国无法容忍”。

　　佐佐江还称，2012年3月中方船只也曾“侵犯过日本领海”，“虽然日方强烈要求防止此类事件再次发生，但中方却再次侵入日本领海，令人感到极其遗憾”。日本共同社还报道说，日官房长官藤村修也在当天的记者会上宣称，钓鱼岛是“日本固有领土”，“无论在历史上还是国际法上都很明确，且也在我国的实际控制之下。今后将继续进行警戒监视”。

　　对此，中国驻日大使程永华做出了坚决反驳，并重申了中方的一贯立场，强调“钓鱼岛及其周边附属领土是中国的固有领土”。

　　新华社7月11日当天报道指出， 钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿自古以来就是中国的固有领土，附近海域渔业资源丰富，盛产龙虾、飞花鱼、马面鱼等鱼类，是中国福建、浙江等省沿海渔民祖祖辈辈进行渔业生产的传统渔场。报道强调，为维护中国海洋渔业权益和渔业生产作业秩序，保护渔民生命财产安全，中国渔政自2010年开始，将钓鱼岛及其附属岛屿附近海域的护渔巡航纳入常态化。

　　China has legitimate reasons to be upset with Japan for the behavior of Japan during WWII. Japan and China have legitimate reasons to e upset with each other for the 3,000 years of relations between the two which preceeded WWII. ANd of course, some people in China and Japan have legitimate reasons to be upset with other current residents of their own coutries for what happened during those 3,000 years (those who survived, anyway). The bottom line seems to be that China has documents from 3,000 years ago in which they acknowledge the people of Japan as a country, and others in which they claim Japan as part of their empire. So like everywhere else on Earth, they can manufacture an excuse to go to war if they wish, or to bully each other when they can, and pretend it is reasonable.

    　　@James, I'm well aware of the history, but what's done is done. What exactly is Japan supposed to do about it now? Besides some of those places you mentioned (i.e. China, "North" Korea) aren't exactly saints either. Chairman Mao actually laughed at the Japanese apology for its actions during WWII. He said that he wouldn't have been able to defeat the Kuomintang if it weren't for Japan.
